While travelling abroad we went into every deli we could find, and came back with a very good idea of the concept we visualised for Via’s. We wanted to provide everything the discerning cook would need, but our main emphasis would be on fresh, local and wherever possible organic produce from the Overberg area. We therefore stock fresh organic vegetables, meat, seafood, local free range eggs, cheeses, chutneys, jams, oils and vinegars and much more.
We also stock a range of eco-friendly cleaning and beauty products as we are passionate about the environment.
